If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or performance of any product purchased from our store, please contact us toll free
1-800-542-8960 or via email at mail@lukesmachinery.com so we can work with you to correct the problem to your satisfaction. If for any reason your order can not be shipped complete, you will be notified before order is processed.
Returns & Refund Policy
- All claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of goods
- All returned goods must be accompanied with original sales invoice
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returning goods to Luke's Machinery
- If product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty applies
Shipping Policy
- All orders shipped F.O.B. our warehouse
- All in stock product shipped next business day
- Out of stock product usually shipped within two (2) weeks after order received
- All orders shipped complete unless customer specifies acceptance of partial orders
